Terms and Conditions:
1) Rates are per room per night in €uro for double occupancy (except the Presidential Suite which may accommodate up to 4 guests) and include daily lavish a la carte breakfast and all legal taxes.
2) Check-in time: 15:00 / Check-out time: 11:00
3) Accommodation tax of 4.00€ per night per room is not included and is paid upon check-out.
4) Late Check-Out Policy: from 12:00 to 18:00, 50% of the best available daily rate will apply. | From 18:00 onwards, 100% of the best available daily rate.
5) Extra Person Policy: extra guest (13+ years old) shall be charged up to 100€ per person, per night (according to the period).
6) Best Available Rate Cancellation Policy: free cancellation for up to 7 days for short-notice bookings & up to 14 days prior to arrival, throughout the season. After free cancellation period expires 100% of total reservation cost will apply as cancellation fee. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of total reservation cost will apply as cancellation fee.
7) Payment Policy: all reservations to be secured with a 30% deposit upon booking via credit card or wire transfer and remaining balance to be paid upon check-out.
